Accessbile areas of refuge required by Section 1007.6. 4. Accessible rooms where multiple single-user toilet or bathing rooms are clustered in a single location. 5. Accessible entrances where not all entrances are accessible. 6. Accessible check-out aisles where not all aisles are accessible. The sign, where provided, shall be above the check-out aisle in the same location as the checkout aisle number or type of check-out identification. 7. Unisex toilet and bathing rooms. 8. Accessible dressing, fitting and locker rooms where not all such rooms are accessible.

Fire Department- Egress doors shall be readily openable from the egress side without the use of a key or special knowledge or effort. Exit doors shall not be locked, chained, barred, latched or otherwise rendered unusable. All locking devises shall be of an approved type. IFC 1003.3.1.8

Codes Administration - 2002 NEC 210.63 - Heating, Air-Conditioning, and Refrigeration Equipment Outlet. A 125-volt, single-phase, 15- or 20-ampere-rated receptacle outlet shall be installed at an accessible location for the servicing of heating, air-conditioning, and refrigeration equipment. The receptacle shall be located on the same level and within 7.5 m (25 ft) of the heating, air-conditioning, and refrigeration equipment. The receptacle outlet shall not be connected to the load side of the equipment disonnecting means.

CA - The disposal of demolition waste is regulated by the Department of Natural Resources under Chapter 260 RSMO. Such waste, in types and quantities established by the department, shall be taken to a demolition landfill or a sanitary landfill for disposal.

Codes Administration will contact the appropriate city departments and will notify the applicant of the date and time the inspection will be performed.

CA - LSCO Chapter7, Section 117 - Materials, equipment, and devices approved by the building official shall be constructed and installed in accordance with such approval.

CA - LSCO 7-134 - Every permit issued shall become invalid unless the work on the site authorized by such permit is commenced within 180 days after its issuance, or if the work authorized on the site by such permit is suspended or abandoned for a period of 180 days after the time the work is commenced. Permits for exterior work, i.e., walls, fences, decks, patios, patio covers and similar type work requiring permits, as well as permits for residential room additions and remodels shall be limited to 180 days duration. Permits for other new construction shall be limited to one-year duration. The building official official is authorized to grant, in writing, one or more extensions of time, for periods not more than 180 days each.

CA - LSCO 7-162 - It shall be the duty of the holder of the permit or their duly authorized agent to notify the building official when work is ready for inspection. It shall be the duty of the permit holder to provide access to and means for inspection of such work for any inspections that are required by this code. Inspection requests shall be made in advance and in accordance with the most current written policies of the Codes Administration Department.

CA - LSCO7-168 - The building official is authorized to issue a temporary certificate of occupancy before the completion of the entire work covered by the permit, provided that such portion or portions shall be occupied safely. The building official shall set a time period during which the temporary certificate of occupancy is valid.

P & D - All exterior mechanical equipment, whether roof mounted or ground mounted, shall be screened from view from off the property. The appearance of screens shall be coordinated with the building to maintain a unified appearance.

P & D - Sign permits must be obtained for all signs prior to installation. All signs shall comply with the sign requirements outlined in the UDO, Article 13.
