Fire Department. Construction documents for fire protection systems shall be submitted for review and approval prior to system installation. The plans and specifications shall bear a State of Missouri licensed engineers seal. This includes fire sprinkler systems, grease hood and duct suppression systems as well as other fire suppression system.

CA - LSCO Chapter7, Section 117 - Materials, equipment, and devices approved by the building official shall be constructed and installed in accordance with such approval.

It shall be the duty of the permit holder to provide access to and means for inspection of such work for any inspections that are required by this code. Permits for other new construction shall be limited to one-year duration. The building official official is authorized to grant, in writing, one or more extensions of time, for periods not more than 180 days each.
