3404.2.3.1 Smoking and open flame. Signs shall be
posted in storage areas prohibiting open flames and
smoking. Signs shall comply with Section 3403.5.
3404.2.3.2 Label or placard. Tanks more than 100 gallons
(379 L) in capacity, which are permanently installed
or mounted and used for the storage of Class I, II or IIIA
liquids, shall bear a label and placard identifying the material
therein. Placards shall be in accordance with NFPA 704.

CA - The disposal of demolition waste is regulated by the Department of Natural Resources under Chapter 260 RSMO. Such waste, in types and quantities established by the department, shall be taken to a demolition landfill or a sanitary landfill for disposal.

CA - LSCO 7-134 - Every permit issued shall become invalid unless the work on the site authorized by such permit is commenced within 180 days after its issuance, or if the work authorized on the site by such permit is suspended or abandoned for a period of 180 days after the time the work is commenced. Permits for exterior work, i.e., walls, fences, decks, patios, patio covers and similar type work requiring permits, as well as permits for residential room additions and remodels shall be limited to 180 days duration. Permits for other new construction shall be limited to one-year duration. The building official official is authorized to grant, in writing, one or more extensions of time, for periods not more than 180 days each.

CA - LSCO 7-162 - It shall be the duty of the holder of the permit or their duly authorized agent to notify the building official when work is ready for inspection. It shall be the duty of the permit holder to provide access to and means for inspection of such work for any inspections that are required by this code. Inspection requests shall be made in advance and in accordance with the most current written policies of the Codes Administration Department.
