CA - The disposal of demolition waste is regulated by the Department of Natural Resources under Chapter 260 RSMO. Such waste, in types and quantities established by the department, shall be taken to a demolition landfill or a sanitary landfill for disposal.

This is a program, which will help raise capital to build new schools for our community. CA - 2000 IRC 401.3 - Surface drainage shall be diverted to a storm sewer conveyance or other approved point of collection so as to not create a hazard. Lots shall be graded so as to drain surface water away from foundation walls. The grade away from foundation walls shall fall a minimum of 6 inches (152 mm) within the first 10 feet (3048 mm). 2000 IRC, Section 401.3

CA - LSCO 7-122 - Any excavation for foundations and/or footings of buildings and structures shall be backfilled within twenty-eight (28) days from the date of permit issuance unless otherwise approved by the building official.

CA - LSCO 7-128 (a)1 - Retaining walls which are over 4 feet in height measured from the bottom of the footing to the top of the wall of the wall shall be designed and sealed by a professional engineer or architect registered in the State of Missouri. In addition, the building official may waive the requirements for a permit or engineered drawings for walls over 4 feet in height if it is deemed unnecessary to require such submittals due to the location and type of wall to be installed.

CA - LSCO 7-134 - Every permit issued shall become invalid unless the work on the site authorized by such permit is commenced within 180 days after its issuance, or if the work authorized on the site by such permit is suspended or abandoned for a period of 180 days after the time the work is commenced. Permits for exterior work, i.e., walls, fences, decks, patios, patio covers and similar type work requiring permits, as well as permits for residential room additions and remodels shall be limited to 180 days duration. Permits for other new construction shall be limited to one-year duration. The building official official is authorized to grant, in writing, one or more extensions of time, for periods not more than 180 days each.

CA - LSCO 7-168 A - Footing and foundation inspections shall be made after excavations for footings are complete and any required reinforcing steel is in place. For concrete foundations, any required forms shall be in place before inspection. Materials for the foundation shall be on the job, except where concrete is ready mixed in accordance with ASTM C 94; the concrete need not be on the job.

CA - LSCO 7-162 - It shall be the duty of the holder of the permit or their duly authorized agent to notify the building official when work is ready for inspection. It shall be the duty of the permit holder to provide access to and means for inspection of such work for any inspections that are required by this code. Inspection requests shall be made in advance and in accordance with the most current written policies of the Codes Administration Department.
