(Lee's Summit Code of Ordinances, Section 28-24.) It is the general contractors responsiblity to make sure that all the trades on their project are licensed with the City of Lee's Summit.

Codes Administration - Requests for footing inspections shall be made when the footings are complete. All forms shall be in place and all reinforcement completed prior to the inspection request.

Erosion control devices shall be installed and maintained during all phases of the construction process.
