NOTE: The above described handbook requires pole height of 14 feet maximum (175-400 watts) for lots less than 3 acres. This development is only 1.22 acres. In addition, the approved final site plan proposes the Citation, 14' ht w/400W fixtures and the WHITEWAY Caprice for under-canopy fixtures.

PLANNING and DEVELOPMENT - Sheet A3 proposes 2# of signs on the north (front) elevation. In addition, 3# of "poster cases" (which are considered signs by P&D) are proposed on the north elevation---for a total of 5 signs. The approved elevation showed only one wall sign and no "poster cases." The ordinance allows one (1) sign per business not to exceed 10% of the area of the facade the sign is proposed to be installed. This requirement is not met.
NOTE: No detail--drawing and dimensions--of the monument, wall and "coporate button" (on the pump station canopy) signs were submitted for review. All signs proposed for this development are required to be in conformance with Section Four of the approved "Development Criteria Handbook" which contains the "Sign Criteria" for the entire Executive Lakes Center Development.
