Fire Department- All valves controlling the water supply for automatic sprinkler systems and water-flow switches on all sprinkler systems shall be electrically supervised when the number of sprinkler heads are one-hundred or more. Valve supervision and water-flow alarm and trouble signals shall be distinctly different and shall be automatically transmitted to an approved central station, remote station or proprietary supervising station as defined by national standards. Capital Holdings of Lee's Summit, LLC for the I-470 and 350 Highway Tax Increment Financing Plan" (Contract), recorded with the Jackson County Department of Records at book and page number 2001I000086411 (1-77). Pursuant to Section 8(a) of the Contract, the City will not issue certificates of occupancy for structures within the Redevelopment Area - Project 1, as defined in the Contract, until a certificate of substantial completion for all of the Phase 1 Public Project Improvements, as defined in the Contract, has been issued by the City pursuant to the provisions of the City's Design and Construction Manual.
