The FDC's for both buildings shall be located proximal to each other at the entrances to the lane separating the two buildings. There shall be one sprinkler room and system for each building.The room shall be located on an exterior wall and supplied by one fire department connection. The fire department connection shall not be located behind fences or mechanical equipment.

Pursuant to Section 8(a) of the Contract, the City will not issue certificates of occupancy for structures within the Redevelopment Area - Project 1, as defined in the Contract, until a certificate of substantial completion for all of the Phase 1 Public Project Improvements, as defined in the Contract, has been issued by the City pursuant to the provisions of the City's Design and Construction Manual.
