The power supply for exit illumination shall normally be provided by the premises' wiring system. In the event of its failure, illumination shall be automatically provided from an emergency system for group I, Division1.1 and 1.2 occupancies and for all other occupancies where the exiting system serves an occupant load of 100 or more. Emergency systems shall be supplied from storage batteries or an on-site generator system and the system shall be installed in accordance with the requirements of the Electrical Code. Each tenant space has the capacity to accomodate more than four employees. Should the spaces have more than four employees occupying a space, a second restroom will be required.
