(Lee's Summit Code of Ordinances, Section 28-24.) It is the general contractors responsiblity to make sure that all the trades on their project are licensed with the City of Lee's Summit.

Extinguishers shall be mounted in a conspicuous place with travel distance between any point in the building and extinguisher not to exceed 75 feet. Extension cords and multi-plug extension cords shall not be affixed to structures; extened through walls, ceilings, floors, under doors or floor coverings; or be subject to environmental or physical damage.
