It is not clear from the submitted plans if this requirement is met. The elevations and roof plan appears to show adequate screening of all roof top units. However, a more detailed drawing would be required for staff to conduct a thorough analysis. Submit a line-of-sight study or a detailed drawings (sections/details, etc.) showing the type of screening and the height of the new roof top units. This requirement must be met.
