Longview Update
Still need an As-graded master drainage plan, and it looks like
half the hydro seeding came off the dirt. Also, the detention basin needs
to be constructed per plans. The existing riser pipe and existing berm
needs to be taken out with the addition of the rip-rap.

Hi Mike / Mark,
I wanted to send out another update on Residences at New Longview. We were able to get all the below items completed with the exception of the as-built survey which we should have tomorrow. The water stubs have all been removed on Kessler and they fixed the broken valve as well. Please let me know if there is anything else that would hold up the final C of O. Thank you.

Subject: Residences at New Longview Update
Hi Mike / Mark,
We are working towards final completion on the Residences at New Longview and wanted to give you an update on where we are. I believe the attached Public works punchlist were the last remaining items to be completed on the project for the final C of O. To date, we have completed all of the items on the list with the exception of the following:
· Finish storm detention basin per plans – I am being told it was just finished up today
· Establish final vegetation – We are Hydro-seeding all areas that have dirt still showing tomorrow
· As-Graded master drainage plan – Survey for final grades are being done this week.
· Fix broken valve on Kessler – Being fixed this week when water stubs are removed
· Remove all taps on Kessler – We have already removed the ones going South to the apartment property and have Temp Stop lined up to remove the ones going North this week. This requirement was a little bit of a surprise on the project, but we are committed to getting it all wrapped up.
We are in an Accounting push to try and get final C of O at the end of the week and wanted to give you an update on the remaining items to see if we can work together to achieve that. I will send another update out to you later this week, but please let me know if there as anything else from your end that needs to be completed to try and make this week for the final C of O. Everyone at Lee’s Summit has be tremendous to work with and I wanted to say “Thank You” for that. You truly have a first class team and we are excited to have another opportunity to work with you again.
Much appreciated,
